What are we doing . . .

Stainless Installations

304, 316 quality stainless pipe installations are resistant to corrosion, do not expand at high temperatures, have an oxygen barrier, do not produce bacteria and are more resistant to external factors. Project design, jacketed pipe manufacturing, pressurized or open to atmosphere stainless tanks, chemical washing.

Compressed Air Installation

For facilities close to the point of use and the compressor location, a single-line main pipe network is sufficient. In this case, the pipe diameter must be large enough to ensure that the pressure loss value relative to the highest air flow through the pipe is less than the highest allowable pressure loss.

Steam Generators are units that, in principle, produce steam without storing it and send it to the system, working with very low water volumes. Water pipe types work based on the principle that the water pumped into a water coil is heated around the coil and converted into vapor phase.

Natural Gas Conversion

The type of natural gas used in industry is called industrial natural gas. Industrial natural gas installations are made for machines or boilers used in industry. The conversion of such industrial facilities to natural gas can be carried out by companies with local authorization certificates.

Heating Installation

In industrial heating, systems such as ceramic and pipe type radiant heaters, hot air apparatus and electric infrared heaters are used. These systems are generally preferred in factory, open area, cafe and restaurant heating methods.

Chemical Pool Exhaust

In order to minimize the damage to the environment caused by anodizing or similar chemical pools inside or outside the facility, designing and manufacturing system-specific hoods, displacement ducts, filters, fans and chimneys, and delivering the conformity report after the necessary tests.

Water cooling towers are widely used in factories at all temperatures above the cooling capacity of the chillers. Closed or open cycle water cooling towers are widely used in cooling liquids at temperatures of 20° C and above.

Various air pollutants in the form of dust, smoke, metal vapor, mist and gas are formed in the workplace. Although it is not possible to completely absorb these pollutants from the air, they can be reduced to levels that will not adversely affect human health. Dust collection systems are used for this.

Bringing the ambient air to a point where it does not threaten human health is not only a necessity, but also helps increase efficiency in production. Ventilation systems should be designed by authorized engineers and quality should not be compromised during installation.

Wastewater Package Treatment

Package treatment, in the sequential batch activated sludge process; Pollutants in wastewater are converted into carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms using oxygen in an aerobic environment. Thanks to its process balancing structure, it provides 98% purification efficiency even at variable flow rates.

During the operation of the mold, the temperature of the molten plastic begins to heat the mold, which affects the operating performance of the mold, cycle time and part quality. For quality and mass production, the mold must be cooled through cooling channels so that the mold can always remain at a constant temperature.
